Recruiting Process

1) Private finds a person who wants to be in ESOC. (Said person cannot already be in another clan or kicked/banned from ESOC.)

2) Private lets Chief Warrant Officer know of possible new recruit. (If Chief Warrant Officer is not online during this time, the Private may either wait until the CWO is online again or find another officer that out ranks the CWO. However, the Private MAY NOT do this if the CWO is online. If the Private must find a higher ranking officer for the Recruiting Process, the it is THAT officer's responsibility to report that to the CWO so there is no confusion.)

3) Private, CWO, & possible recruit all go into an XBOX live party for the Recruiting Process.

4) Private goes over all of the ESOC rules with possible recruit & makes sure possible recruit puts all of the correct info in his/her profile.
4a) Motto = "(clan name + clan rank)"
4b) Bio = "Rec. by (Recruiter's name) + (the date on which they were recruited) + anything consisting of if a possible recruit would like to join"
